Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active license required; CIC preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity.
