Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C license, and strong communication. Remote work is possible for Eastern/Central Time Zone residents with occasional on-site needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Renewals, policy management, and billing support.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
