Job summary

Grassi is seeking an Account Manager in Denver, CO, with onsite work during onboarding and potential hybrid flexibility. A Bethlehem, PA remote option is available for candidates located there. The role focuses on accurate financial statement preparation and client service for a portfolio of clients.

The position reports to the Accounting Team Manager and requires leadership experience with offshore teams, plus strong data quality and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Restaurant365 (R365), Xero, and/or Sage Intacct is required.
• Experience with restaurant, franchise, or multi-unit clients is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading, training, coaching, or overseeing accounting staff, including offshore teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for assigned clients.
• Review income statements monthly and send client checklists.
• Review general ledger accounts and perform accruals and adjustments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Support client accounting needs via Restaurant365, Xero, Sage Intacct.
• Coach and coordinate with internal and offshore teams.
• Assist with chart of accounts mapping and data quality improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of accounting practices.
