Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred) and related tools.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and ability to communicate with stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day transactions (AP, AR, payroll) are recorded accurately.
• Perform month-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee revenue and expense recognition and cash flow forecasting.
• Support audits and tax filings with external firms.
• Mentor the accounting team and drive process improvements via technology.
• Collaborate with Heads of Finance on budgets and reporting.
