Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assignees.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, underwriting information gathering, and submissions.
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, and issue policies.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver excellent service and seek continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
