Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is seeking account sales associates who can work remotely to support new business and account growth. You’ll engage prospects and clients, identify needs, and recommend service solutions while building strong, long-term relationships.

In this role you will engage prospects via phone, video, and digital communication; qualify opportunities; present services; support growth through upsell and cross-sell; and keep CRM notes up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and clients through phone, video, and digital communication
