Job summary

Prosum is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to cultivate a California-based client pipeline and drive growth in a remote capacity. You will identify opportunities, present Prosum solutions, and close deals with a hunter mindset while collaborating with a senior, tech-focused team.

You will manage the full lifecycle of job orders, build strong client relationships, and contribute to uncapped commission earning potential in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years in a staffing or tech sales role with a hunter mentality.
• You build and manage a client pipeline and drive gross profit growth.
• You communicate effectively in a remote environment and with internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a client pipeline through proactive lead generation.
• Identify, engage, and manage client relationships to secure new business.
• Showcase Prosum value and solutions to address client challenges.
• Drive sales strategy, coordinate stakeholders, and close signed agreements.
• Manage the job order lifecycle from intake to interview scheduling and placement.
