Tropolis Insurance is seeking an Account Executive (Producer) for a remote, full-time position in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The successful candidate will leverage their proven success in insurance sales to generate new business, develop client relationships, and manage a profitable book across commercial and personal lines. Compensation includes a base of $40,000 - $55,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic total compensation reaching $100,000 - $150,000+. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
