Foster Avenue, a philanthropic communications and counsel firm with 40 years on the leading edge of the field, is hiring an Account Executive to keep our client work moving and our senior team focused on strategy. We are a fully virtual firm that measures results, not hours.

The role starts by owning the day-to-day of our accounts, coordinating schedules, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in project or account management; agency experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run project schedules and keep every account moving, on time and without surprises.
• Be the steady point of contact for clients on status, drafts, proofs, and timelines.
• Coordinate creative and freelance talent against the delivery schedule, and brief them on client needs and context.
• Keep firm leadership current on all work in progress, so principals spend their time on counsel and new business rather than coordination.
• Own account operations end to end for your assigned clients, deepen those relationships over time, and grow into broader account ownership.
• Work fluently in our tooling. We run on Monday.com, and on Ovrture, our sister company's platform, for client content.
