Job summary

ARC Broker Services Ltd is recruiting a Home-Based Account Executive to service clients, prospects and insurers within agreed KPIs. You will work from home with regular meetings in the director's office and a flexible 35-hour week.

The role offers a basic salary plus generous commission and potential for shareholding progression for the right candidate. The position requires solid sales skills, knowledge of commercial insurance products (Cert CII or equivalent), and strong IT/comms capabilities.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at minimum level 4 or higher.
• Cert CII or higher qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service own clients, prospects and insurers in line with KPI targets.
• Maintain compliance with company systems and processes.
• Close new business deals and manage client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver risk presentations to clients.
• Engage with insurers directly and manage communications.
• Attend client meetings and manage your diary efficiently.
