Job summary

Curative in Austin, TX, seeks an Account Executive to own onboarding of new groups and renewals, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the main contact for employers’ administrators, collaborating with Sales, Brokers, and internal leaders to deliver superior service.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Account Management or client management in healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience interfacing with clients, brokers, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants to drive value.
• Monitor service delivery and analyze performance metrics to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Deliver analytics on performance and productivity; negotiate renewals.
• Retain and grow the account book profitably; collaborate with operations, clinical, network and finance teams.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment meetings and ensure informed decisions by members.
