NOW HIRING: Remote Sales Representatives

Position Overview

We’re looking for driven, full-cycle outbound sales professionals to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll engage with small business owners, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals—all in a single call. You’ll handle 10–12 appointments per day, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct discovery calls with small business owners to understand their operations, challenges, and goals
  • Recommend the best-fit solutions across our product ecosystem (including accounting and payroll software)
  • Deliver a consultative, high-impact experience that drives new customer acquisition and product adoption
  • Own the sales process from start to close—aiming to close on the first call
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales targets


Additional Responsibilities

  • Master our product suite and sales terms (e.g., features, returns, warranties)
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on outreach strategies
  • Track and analyze sales performance and trends
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Salesforce


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle outbound sales experience with a proven track record of closing
  • B2B sales background with quota-carrying experience
  • Strong objection-handling skills and a one-call-close mindset
  • Solid understanding of pipeline hygiene and CRM best practices
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate Salesforce and other sales tools


Compensation & Benefits

$24.85/hour

The pay range for this position is $24.85 - $24.85/hr.
