Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking experienced life insurance sales professionals for 100% remote, independent-contractor work in the United States. You will reach out to families who requested information, review finances, discuss carrier options, and guide them through applications.

We value a background from banking or credit unions, a self-directed work style, and a state life license (or plan to obtain one).

• A state life insurance license or plan to obtain one
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Contact people who have already requested life insurance information and book appointments
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing any coverage
• Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately, because details matter to underwriting
• Track every open case through the carrier's review and keep clients informed
• Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training

• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
• Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
