Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales professional. You will contact people who requested information, review finances, explain carrier options, and complete applications with families. This is a 1099 contract role with mentorship and access to multiple carriers.

You will work autonomously, manage disclosures accurately, and keep clients informed through the carrier review process. A state license or plan to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• A background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Able to talk about family finances respectfully and without pressure.
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
