Job summary

Cars Commerce is seeking a driven Account Executive to own a book of business across Allentown, Bethlehem, Stroudsburg and surrounding areas. You will focus on ongoing customer success, retention and growth while selling Cars Commerce solutions to existing customers.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales with a media/digital advertising or automotive background, strong CRM discipline, and a proven quota track record.

Qualifications

• Structured, repeatable sales methodology such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN or consultative selling.
• Comfortable working remotely from a home office as well as from the road and field.
• Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations with product demos highlighting benefits and ROI.
• Proven persuasion and negotiation skills with ability to re-engage stalled deals.
• Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with clear pipeline coverage, conversion rates by stage, and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on success, retention, and growth.
• Sell products and services to existing customers; maintain relationships with regular in-person visits within territory.
• Execute sales strategy, identify and close upsell opportunities; prepare reports and deliver insights showing value to customers.
• Manage pipeline with Salesforce hygiene; forecast accurately; apply structured sales methodology at all stages.
• Travel approximately 75% within the territory for face-to-face engagement.
• Partner across selling and servicing roles to maximize customer value from the Cars Commerce Platform.
