Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist- Bilingual French, Hindi, Bengali or more

We are looking for candidates who are bilingual in:

  • French
  • Dutch
  • Hindi
  • Bengali
  • German
  • Mandarin
  • Portuguese

Work Hours (must be able to work within):

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST
  • 11:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
  • 5:00 pm to 1:00 am CST
  • 11:00 pm to 7:00 am CST
  • 1:00 am to 9:00 am CST

Candidates must reside within the United States.

Primary Purpose

Perform clinical evaluations on claims requiring additional review, consult with providers and employees, and facilitate employee return-to-work processes within disability and accommodation guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate complex claims for work restrictions and accommodations.
  • Review medical claims to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with employees and providers regarding medical status and work capacity.
  • Provide recommendations for ongoing medical management.
  • Support claims examiners with medical insights and claim decisions.
Qualifications

Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree preferred; current CRC or RN license required; ongoing CEUs necessary to maintain licenses.

Experience: At least 4 years of related experience, including return-to-work or claims management.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Knowledge of return-to-work procedures and claims management.
  • Medical knowledge across multiple healthcare areas.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

Includes mental, physical, and auditory/visual considerations, with accommodations as needed.
