Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist - Bilingual French, Hindi, Bengali, or more

Apply now to join Sedgwick, a recognized leader in the industry, as a Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist. We are seeking bilingual professionals fluent in French, Hindi, Bengali, or other specified languages. Candidates must reside within the United States and be available to work within the specified hours: Monday - Friday, with shifts at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, 5:00 pm to 1:00 am CST, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am CST, or 1:00 am to 9:00 am CST.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical evaluations on claims requiring additional review based on medical condition, client needs, and complexity.
  • Consult with providers and employees, providing case direction and ensuring medical information justifies employee absence or facilitates return to work.
  • Assess medical documentation, interpret medical impact on job functions, and communicate findings professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; current CRC or RN license required.
  • At least four years of related experience, including one year in return-to-work or job accommodation, or claims management experience.
  • Knowledge of medical practices, claims procedures, and return-to-work protocols.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret medical and claims data.

Work Environment: Ability to sit for extended periods, handle work-related stress, and travel if needed. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
