Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist - Bilingual French, Hindi, Bengali, or more

Join Sedgwick as a Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist if you are bilingual in any of the following languages: French, Dutch, Hindi, Bengali, German, Mandarin, or Portuguese. Candidates must reside within the United States and be able to work within specified hours (Monday - Friday, various CST shifts).

Primary Purpose: Conduct clinical evaluations on claims requiring additional review, collaborating with providers and employees to ensure proper documentation and facilitate return-to-work or accommodation processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Evaluate complex claims to determine work restrictions and accommodations.
• Perform disability reviews based on client requirements, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assess medical documentation and interpret its impact on job functions.
• Communicate effectively with employees and providers regarding clinical status and work capacity.
• Provide follow-up recommendations for ongoing medical management.
• Maintain high-quality audit scores and act as a clinical resource for claims examiners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; current CRC or RN license required.
• Minimum four years of related experience or claims management experience.
• Knowledge of return-to-work procedures, medical practices, and claims management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
