Job summary

Businessobject Solutions Inc. is seeking an Accessibility Analyst in a remote role serving the United States. You will conduct comprehensive accessibility assessments of documents, websites, and applications, aligning with WCAG, Section 508, and ADA, and supporting ITDS Section 508 programs under executive leadership.

You will lead testing with diverse teams, create staff-training tools, document barriers, and drive remediation. Travel may be required for critical client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in business administration, public health, or information technology.
• 2-3 years of working on accessibility projects.
• Willingness to travel for critical client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough accessibility assessments and audits of documents, websites, and applications using tools, techniques, and manual testing.
• Identify and help create accessibility tools, training, and documents for staff training.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG, Section 508, and ADA guidelines.
• Identify barriers and document issues for remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to guide accessible creation and remediation.
• Conduct user testing with people with disabilities to gain insights.
• Support the resolution of accessibility issues and complaints.
• Promote benefits of accessible technologies.
• Explore industry landscape for innovative accessibility solutions.
• Identify procurement and revenue opportunities for company growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by COO/CEO.
