Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) seeks a detail-oriented professional to format, review, and ensure Section 508 compliance on reports and studies. You will work with teams to make information accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities.

The role involves fixing PDFs and Office files to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A/AA standards, testing with screen readers, and coordinating workflows to hit tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Section 508 compliance and document remediation is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Word and SharePoint; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Remote position with a growing healthcare quality improvement team.
• May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for formatting, reviewing, and performing Section 508 compliance on reports, analyses, and studies.
• Fix and format PDFs, Microsoft Word/PowerPoint files, and multimedia to comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A and AA standards.
• Test user interfaces using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
• Coordinate internal workflows, track project progress, and meet quick turnaround deadlines.
