Job summary

TestPros seeks an Accessibility Compliance Assessment Consultant to perform audits, document findings, and propose remediation for accessibility issues across hardware and software.

The role requires hands-on testing of devices, knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 guidelines, and the ability to train teams. This remote, project-based contract runs Feb 2026–Feb 2027 with possible renewals.

Qualifications

• Ability to test against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 requirements for IT software and hardware.
• Experience performing accessibility audits on devices (phones, TVs, appliances).
• Strong written documentation and ability to train/educate users.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and validation testing on mobile devices and hardware.
• Document findings and propose remediation strategies for accessibility violations.
• Deliver outreach and educational presentations on accessibility topics.
• Provide training on accessibility best practices.
