Job summary

Oregon State University’s Disability Access Services is seeking an Access Advisor for a full-time, 9-month professional faculty position. The Access Advisor will meet with prospective students and current DAS participants, providing accommodations and coaching to support persistence and achievement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Disability Studies, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Two years of professional experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with ADA/504 in higher education and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Student Support: remote advisor for all DAS students, handling intake and ongoing coaching.
• DAS Program Support: collaborate with on/off-campus teams to improve access and resources.
