Job summary

Ignite Christian Academy (ICA) is seeking a mission-driven Academy Support Advisor to serve as a primary contact for families across enrollment and retention activities. This remote, full-time role supports families through onboarding, course selection, and ongoing student engagement, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a responsive, personalized experience.

The position offers base pay between $17.52 and $21.00 per hour plus eligible incentive pay, with a focus on building trusted

Qualifications

• High volume inbound/outbound calls experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in education or with K-12 students is a plus.
• Familiarity with school systems and enrollment processes is helpful.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and enrolled families.
• Support enrollment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Communicate ICA's value and guide families through processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated family support.
• Document family interactions and enrollment activity accurately.
• Proactively reach out via phone, email, and text to assist families.
