Job summary

Imagine Learning, a remote-friendly education technology company, seeks an Academy Support Advisor to serve as a primary contact for prospective and enrolled ICA families. You’ll blend enrollment and retention efforts with ongoing family support, guiding enrollment, onboarding, and success through phone, email, and web conferencing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work 8 consecutive hours year round between 7 am and 5:30 pm Central time (Mon-Fri).
• Experience handling high volume of calls daily.
• Two years’ experience in education or with K-12 students preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding processes for Ignite Christian Academy families.
• Communicate with families via phone, email, and text to support enrollment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Advise families on course selection and graduation pathways based on student needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of family interactions and enrollment activity.
• Navigate multiple school systems (SIS, LMS, CRM, NetSuite) to manage relationships and support success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated family support.
