Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years' experience working with college students in an academic counseling capacity.
• Preferred experience advising, group work, assessment, and administration of college students' academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine academic advising and communicate degree requirements and options.
• Assist during registration and enrollment management, including waitlists and prerequisites.
• Support development advising, graduation planning, and referrals to campus resources.
• Advise incoming students during orientation and help with their first-semester planning.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to improve advising services and materials.
