Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 1–3 years’ student advising experience.
• Ability to interpret academic policies and apply them to student progress.
• Strong confidentiality and ethical standards in handling student records.

Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduate and graduate students on program requirements and learning outcomes.
• Maintain student records and analyze data for progress and retention.
• Collaborate with campus and university partners to support enrollment and persistence.
• Respond to student inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
