• Ability to advise in ambiguous and unstructured scenarios

Responsibilities

• Guide and inform students of academic options to progress through their programs.
• Interact with students remotely via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Document all student interactions clearly and timely.
• Assist with degree changes and program additions as needed.
• Provide friendly, high-quality communication and coordinate with other departments to remove obstacles.
