Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking a licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent for a fully remote role servicing the Pennsylvania market. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, assess needs, and guide applications, all from a remote home office.

The position offers a base of $20 per hour with uncapped commission opportunities, plus ongoing training and performance support. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply, with previous ACA sales experience as a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan options.
• Explain premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, and prescription coverage.
