Job summary

BK Behavior seeks enthusiastic RBTs to join a dedicated ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

You will record session data with electronic devices and collaborate closely with families for optimal outcomes. In addition to competitive compensation, the role offers part-time hours, same-day pay, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in ABA or working with autism is a plus.
