BK Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA roles across the United States, offering flexible scheduling and the option to work from home or provide in-person care in service states. The company supports licensing, a two-month training period with paid income, and ongoing CEUs and clinical support to help you grow.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and record data, with opportunities for professional advancement within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Experience in ABA, education, or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
