Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated ABA professionals for flexible, part-time or full-time roles across the United States. You can conduct sessions remotely or in clients' homes, shaping outcomes with evidence-based ABA techniques.

We offer a two-month training period, ongoing CEUs, peer advisory support, and rapid pay options, with a focus on growth and long‑term commitment in a collaborative clinical network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations.
