Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one services nationwide from home or in client homes. You will build and implement behavior-analytic interventions, support family goals, and maintain accurate session data across varied caseloads.

The role emphasizes flexibility, ongoing CEUs, and rapid onboarding with a two-month paid training period, plus opportunities for professional advancement within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate attitude required.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
