Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, conduct in-field coaching, and advance BCBA pathways. The role emphasizes clinical quality, collaboration with training and operations, and delivering high-quality ABA services in homes and communities.

You will lead supervision efforts, ensure fidelity of programming, and support families through education and ongoing professional growth. Tuition support and a dedicated mentorship structure are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of ABA experience with behavior modification interventions.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills for supervising Behavior Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
