Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Remote ABA Clinical Director to provide specialized clinical leadership for BCBA teams working primarily in a remote capacity. The role reports to the ABA Clinical Line Lead and supports onboarding, assessments, prior authorizations, and team engagement while upholding Pediatrics Plus standards.

The candidate will monitor metrics, coordinate trainings, and lead regional remote supervision with adherence to BACB guidelines and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of ABA experience required.
• Experience in clinical leadership or supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote clinical leadership and mentoring to BCBA teams across sites.
• Complete BCBA onboarding for new hires and coordinate with on-site leadership.
• Review clinical assessments and provide feedback to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manage prior authorization denial processes with billing teams.
• Lead RBT PDUs and group trainings for RBT teams; ensure supervision requirements.
• Ensure BACB ethics, supervision standards, and remote supervision compliance.
