Job summary

Pediatrics Plus seeks a Director of ABA Services to lead the ABA program, mentor BCBA/RBT staff, and coordinate with administration to advance therapy services. This role requires strong leadership, clinical excellence, and dedication to improving outcomes for children with special needs in a collaborative pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA® certification.
• Greater than three years of experience treating in ABA.
• Experience at Pediatrics Plus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site mentoring to the ABA team, including BCBA(s) and RBT(s).
• Lead culture and retention plans with the Senior Director.
• Oversee ABA assessments and client onboarding for growth.
