Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our remote, full-time leadership team. This role collaborates with the Chief Clinical Officer to support high-quality ABA services, mentor clinicians, and strengthen clinical systems while guiding ethical, evidence-based care.

Ideal candidates will supervise clinicians, oversee a small clinical caseload, contribute to treatment planning, and drive continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• 4–6 years of ABA experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members.
• Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support.
• Oversee a small clinical caseload while providing high-quality, individualized ABA services.
• Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and consistency of ABA service delivery.
• Conduct clinical observations, competency reviews, and onboarding support.
• Review documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and clinician success.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams.
• Assist with clinician development, performance coaching, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives that support company growth.
