Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Partly Remote Behavior Specialist in Queen Creek, AZ. You will use ABA-based strategies to help kids build communication and life skills in a hybrid/remote setting. Sessions may occur at home, school, or in the community.

No prior experience required; paid training and a mapped career path are provided, with tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities as you progress within the organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of ABA experience
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based ABA strategies to build communication, social, and life skills in a remote/hybrid setting
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, school, or community locations
• Follow individualized plans created by clinical leaders and track progress
