Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP/WMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
• Support the implementation of supply chain improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational and logistics data in relevant systems.
• Generate reports on logistics performance and inventory status.
• Assist with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics team.
