Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a fully remote Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager. The role emphasizes review and client/advisor service, supported by a strong implementation and plan document team.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Familiarity with MEP service models and providers a plus.
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business.
• High level of critical thinking and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
• Maintain a caseload of MEP adopters, approx. 50% ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
• Manage and prioritize workload toward weekly goals in a team environment.
• Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design with superior service.
• Coordinate with Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors for a great client experience.
• Document all client interactions in the workflow system.
• Follow Nova policies and procedures; communicate industry developments to MEP clients.
