Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a 3D Structural Designer to join our Data Center Mission Critical Group. The role focuses on creating and refining detailed drawings, conducting site walks, and collaborating with engineers using REVIT, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to diverse projects across the U.S. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 1+ years of design engineering experience or an Associate degree with 6+ years of design engineering experience.
• Proficient with both 2D and 3D design software (REVIT, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS).
• Experience with structural concrete and steel modeling; experience producing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify detailed engineering drawings using Plant 3D including piping isometrics and P&ID drawings.
• Perform client site walkdowns and generate walkdown reports.
• Conduct self-checks and mentor junior designers; perform peer checks and coordinate with engineers.
