D2B seeks an experienced and creative 3D Landscape Designer to join our team in a remote role. You will develop innovative landscape designs and high-quality 3D visualizations for projects across Australia and New Zealand, coordinating with architects, planners, and project teams to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, a remote setup (Philippines), and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive AU/NZ team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in landscape design or visualization.
• Strong portfolio with large-scale projects (golf courses, resorts, parks).
• Proficient in Lumion/Enscape/Twinmotion and SketchUp/Rhino/Revit.
• Understanding of site planning, grading, planting design.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative landscape designs and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Produce concept plans, documentation, and planting layouts.
• Create visualizations using Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or D5 Render.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with Australian/New Zealand planning standards.
