Job summary

Kn Uae is seeking an experienced remote Design Technician / Architect / Engineer / BIM Designer / Graphic Designer to support international projects. This freelance role covers architecture, landscape, roads, utilities, MEP, and graphic design across a variety of city-scale developments.

Responsibilities include producing 2D/3D drawings, coordinating BIM workflows, and ensuring compliance with codes. Strong software skills and remote collaboration with an international team are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, landscape, roads/utilities, structural, MEP/HVAC, or drafting.
• Proficiency in two or more listed tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, SketchUp, graphics software).

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other tools.
• Model and coordinate BIM workflows for architecture, landscape, roads, and utilities (wet/dry).
• Graphic design tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with design managers, engineers, and architects via online platforms.
• Revise drawings based on markups and client feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with local standards and international codes.
• Maintain organized drawing sets and CAD/BIM standards.
• Participate in remote coordination meetings.

REMOTE DESIGN TECHNICIAN / ARCHITECT / ENGINEER / BIM DESIGNER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This is a remote position. Type: Freelance / Remote Work Location: Remote (Work-from-Home) Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Lead Project Types: Architecture, Landscape, Roads & Utilities (Wet & Dry), Structural, MEP, HVAC

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for skilled and reliable remote professionals to support our growing international projects. Whether you’re a Draftsman, Architect, Engineer, or BIM Designer, Graphic Designer , we welcome experienced individuals to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects ranging from urban development and infrastructure to architectural and landscape design . This is a remote freelance position ideal for independent professionals seeking long-term or project-based work with an established international consultancy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other tools.


• Model and coordinate BIM workflows for architecture, landscape, roads, and utilities (wet/dry).


• Graphic design


• Collaborate with in-house teams (design managers, engineers, architects) via online platforms.


• Revise and update drawings based on markups and client feedback.


• Ensure that all designs comply with local authority standards, project specifications, and international codes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working remotely or with international clients is a plus.
