Job summary

Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience, strong skills in asset creation, and a passion for game development, especially MMORPGs. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Environment Artist or in a similar role.
• Experience creating organic assets such as trees, foliage, rocks, and terrain.
• Strong art fundamentals with understanding of form, scale, mass, color, composition, and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the art team to create beautiful, cohesive, and performant environments.
• Create high-quality environment assets from concept to in-game implementation.
• Work closely with art leads to identify and improve workflows, tools, and pipelines.
