Brown University Health seeks a 340B Program Analyst to ensure compliant medication procurement, billing, auditing, and inventory management across assigned areas. The role ensures records are complete, auditable, and aligned with hospital leadership goals.

The ideal candidate will monitor 340B policies, perform audits, and collaborate with the 340B Team to implement corrective actions and improvements in program design and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field or current unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• One year of 340B Drug Pricing Program, pharmacy purchasing, or related healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establishs and maintains compliance with Flexible Work Arrangement Guidelines.
• Audit pharmacy claims data where 340B participation occurs to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Maintain auditable records on shared drives and input audit results into TPAs and dashboards.
• Monitor 340B purchasing records to ensure TPAs reflect orders and quantities.
• Communicate issues to TPAs for correction and work with the 340B Team on corrective actions.
• Identify compliance risks and support improvements in program design and automation.
• Attend vendor calls and provide updates on operations within assigned areas.
