Job summary

Brown University Health's Rhode Island Hospital is seeking a 340B Program Associate who reports to the Manager, 340B Program. You will help optimize 340B procurement, billing, auditing and inventory across assigned areas while ensuring auditable records and adherence to hospital policies.

You will monitor 340B related procedures, participate in multiple compliance areas, communicate effectively with the 340B team and hospital leadership, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health field or pharmacy technician licensure (CPhT).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.
• One year of 340B Drug Pricing Program or related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains compliance with 340B program guidelines.
• Audits pharmacy claims data for 340B participation and patient definition.
• Maintains auditable records on a shared drive and inputs audit results into portals.
• Communicates issues to TPAs and tracks corrections in reversal data sheets.
• Identifies compliance risks and supports corrective action with the 340B Team.
• Supports continuous quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
