Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a dedicated 340B Program Associate to ensure compliant procurement, billing, auditing and inventory management in the 340B program. You will maintain auditable records, monitor policy adherence, and coordinate with third-party TPAs to correct and optimize operations.

The role requires collaboration with the 340B team, reporting to the Manager, 340B Program, and may involve remote work within Brown's Flexible Work Arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health field or current unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computers and spreadsheet/database applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains compliance with 340B program guidelines and forms.
• Audits pharmacy claims data where 340B participation occurs for patient definition, diversion, and discounts.
• Maintains auditable records and inputs audit results into TPA portals and 340B AI dashboards.
• Communicates issues to TPAs for correction and works with 340B team on corrective actions.
• Identifies compliance risks and assists with action plans to address deficiencies.
• Attends vendor calls and updates on program operations for assigned areas.
