JAXSCO LLC is seeking a 340B Client Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with HIV-service and public health partners. You will manage client portfolios, align pharmacy operations with growth, and drive revenue capture opportunities using data-driven insights.

This role requires 3+ years in 340B, ACE certification (or within 6 months), and ability to travel up to 33%. Remote/hybrid work options are available as part of a flexible, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) required or within 6 months.
• 3+ years in the 340B program with federal grantees.
• Direct familiarity with 340B entities, TPAs, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategic client relationships across qualified entities.
• Develop and maintain client success plans and action items.
• Lead client meetings; document decisions, owners, and timelines.
