JAXSCO LLC is seeking a 340B Program Manager to support client 340B programs with oversight, analytics, and compliance guidance. This non‑clinical role coordinates with covered entities, payers, and partners to maximize ROI while maintaining HRSA standards.

The role focuses on governance, risk assessment, and program integrity across multiple accounts, with opportunities for travel to conferences and client sites. A strong 340B background is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in business, health, or related field.
• 3-5 years of program or project management experience.
• 3-5 years of direct experience with 340B covered entities (Ryan White or STD/STI grantees).
• 340B ACE certification held or to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Experience supporting HIV-serving, public health, or LGBTQ+ non-profit organizations.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing covered entity relationships, provide strategic guidance and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on 340B regulations and updates.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and periodic claims sampling.
• Prepare for HRSA and external audits with mock assessments and gap analyses.
• Identify program integrity risks and provide operational recommendations.
• Build KPI dashboards and analyze financial performance and ROI.
• Review pricing exclusions, drug shortages, inventory waste, and third‑party portals.
• Advise on growth opportunities and 340B program expansions.
• Develop and deliver 340B compliance training and onboarding.
