Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Claims Reviewer to perform scheduled audits of prescription claims and 340B eligibility verification. You will collaborate with the 340B Account Specialist and other stakeholders to strengthen compliance, data integrity, and realized program savings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in pharmacy technology or related field.
• Active pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) preferred.
• Two years of experience in pharmacy operations, claims, or 340B program support.
• Knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program requirements and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled audits of prescription claims and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve reconciliation exceptions and escalate issues.
• Review Medicaid claims to identify potential duplicate discounts.
• Evaluate 340B eligibility and claim qualification from patient records and documentation.
• Verify documentation supports 340B eligibility and identify gaps.
• Record audit results and follow-up actions in designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim qualification issues.
