Job summary

Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) seeks a full-time 340B Program Auditor to audit MAHEC’s 340B Pharmacy Program and ensure compliance with state and federal 340B requirements. The role includes in-person training with potential hybrid/remote arrangements after training, and candidates should be regionally located.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 340B audits, with strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or equivalent with at least 3 years auditing experience.
• 3+ years auditing experience.
• 340B Pharmacy Program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly audits and reports for the 340B Pharmacy Program per HRSA guidelines.
• Review and update 340B policies for compliance.
• Audit data across prescription, patient, hospital, payer, and site of care data.
• Report results to Compliance Officer and Director of the 340B Program.
• Audit purchasing, invoices, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Perform monthly audits of contract pharmacies and 340B operations.
• Audit Medicaid claims to prevent duplicate discounts.
• Ensure MAHEC Pharmacies adhere to 340B regulations.
• Maintain and file audit reports for compliance.
